Welcome to Craftlueur (This Site), This site is owned and operated by MEX LABZ PVT LTD (PV00223637), a company registered in Sri Lanka. Our HQ is located at 45/1A, Sri Maha Vihara Rd, Kalubowila, Dehiwala, 10350, Sri Lanka.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Craftlueur offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

When you shop with us (or access our services, websites, or apps), these terms apply. These terms are important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give helpful information. Of course. Please read these terms carefully before accessing our services. We keep these terms and help pages updated and we amend them very often. So please remember to check, as the latest updates will apply.

When placing an order, ensure that you have provided accurate information, e.g., billing & shipping information, about the product to avoid unnecessary delays.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email with your order and payment information. You are required to make the payment in full mentioning the relevant unique number (if your payment method is bank transfer) and reply to us to the email attaching your proof of payment. We will prepare your order once we verify the payment. Please note that certain products require a time for production time (which is mentioned in the product description). Therefore we highly appreciate your patience. We will notify you once the order is ready and dispatched from our store.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, or loss of use by using the goods from this site.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offense – get in touch with Customer Care and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.

Cancelation of my order

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short time period of ordering. If you have not made a payment, you can cancel your order without any issues.

If you have made the payment before requesting a cancelation, please note there will be no refunding and you can place a new order which is the same amount as the canceled order or higher. Contact our Customer Care Team, we are happy to guide you on this scenario.

If your order cancelation occurred during the process of delivery, we are unable to cancel. We appreciate your prior actions to avoid such issues.

Your order will be automatically canceled if you haven’t made the relevant payment within 3 days from the date you have placed the order.

When you finalize your order, you will be given various delivery options with estimated delivery periods and fees depending on your delivery address.

We work our best to meet all deliveries on time, but sometimes, delays occur—e.g., because of carrier/postal delays, business and public holidays, logistics, or bad weather. In such a situation, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you will be able to track the process of your package.

Faulty Goods

If you identified that there is a fault or damage with the goods you have received, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and include as many details as possible about the fault or damage. The Customer Care Team may request pictures/videos for verification and support on this scenario. So we can evaluate and make it right.

We may ask you to bring us the goods for further inspection with their original clean condition, documents (e.g. – manual, helping documents, bill, warranty card), and packing. As well as we ask you to cover up the delivery cost of back and forth.

We may not be able to provide a replacement for free; if we identify that the fault occurred during the use of the goods that don’t sit right with the instruction of use or suspected to do any modifications.

We may able to provide you with repair or replacement for the faulty goods in certain time. This time will depend on the goods you’ve placed and their repairability. However, we will notify you at our earliest of the timeline that matches you.

Returns And Refunds

We understand, that sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want to return your goods and get your money back. Do not worry. As long as the goods are in their original condition (as described below), we accept returns for free agreeing to the below rules.

If you want to return an item purchased through this site, you can request a refund within 4 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection. We’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method within 14 days. You have to cover the delivery cost for returning items.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

To return and refund your item should be;

  1. In original condition – All returned items should be sent back to us in their original condition together with the original packaging, and original documents (Bill, warranty card, manual, instruction documents, etc.) with STORE NAME tags.
  2. Keep it clean – Hygiene and your and all of our customers’ safety are super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including – baby and skin products, custom products, skin care products, and daily routine products.
  3. Not damaged – All return items and packages shall not be damaged or scratched on unwanted openings. E.g. – suspect of teardown or identification of unauthorized/unusual disassembly or use.

If the above conditions meet your items will be eligible for a return.

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity that doesn’t sit right, e.g. we suspect someone is actually using their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads, don’t match what you ordered, then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contact Customer Care. They’ll give you a returns label although you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note, that we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

At CRAFTLUEUR, certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. Such as – baby and skin products, special orders, orders on sales, promo codes, gift cards, custom products, skin care products, and daily routine products.

Exchanges

If your item is right to return, you can purchase a new item that has the same pricing or higher.

We issue warranties and after-services for certain products listed on this site, where you can check on the description. However, warranty terms can vary for each product upon their built. If you are sending the product to warranty claim or to service, you are required to cover the cost of delivery back and forth.

How can I claim my warranty?

You can inform us and bring the purchased product (s) along with the BILL and WARRANTY CARD.

After that?

We inspect that the product(s) is/are meets/meet the eligibility for warranty claiming. However, if we inspect any unusual or unauthorized incident(s) that void the warranty, you can not claim the warranty for free. Still, you can repair and get a proper service for the product purchased from us. You will be billed accordingly for the repair cost.

If your warranty is available, we can provide a free repair or relevant service to bring your product(s) back to life.

What if my warranty period is over?

Don’t worry, we still got you! Though your warranty is over we can provide our after-sales service to you. You will be billed accordingly for the repair cost.

Craftlueur has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world and all such rights are reserved.

You are free to store, print, and display our site content only for your personal use and are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes unless you have our authorization.

You are also not allowed to use the Craftlueur brand or trademark (or any colorably similar marks) without our permission.
