  • Choose the product that you love to purchase at Craftlueur’s Shop
  • Add your product to the Cart
  • Click on proceed to checkout by selecting the shipping method that you like in the Cart
  • Read all the information, select your payment method and provide the correct information to avoid any issues.
  • Click on the place order button. Congratulations, you’ve placed your order!
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with all the order, delivery, and payment information.

Yes, our products are crafted from Non-toxic, Child-safe and Sustainable materials.

Once your order is dispatched from our store, it will take about 1-3 days.

We work our best to meet all deliveries on time, but sometimes, delays occur—e.g., because of carrier/postal delays, business and public holidays, logistics, or bad weather. In such a situation, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you will be able to track the process of your package.

Yes, we do provide international shipping.

You can pickup your package by directly visiting to our physical store, you can arrange a PickMe Flash / Uber, or you can get your package via currier service.

Note that delivering via Currier Service may take one to three days.
